These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of Goods which are sold by 12th Avenue. By placing an order on this website you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. 
In these Terms and Conditions the following words shall have their corresponding meaning: “Buyer” the person(s), who purchases the Goods from the Company. “Company” 12th Avenue. “Goods” any Goods agreed to be supplied to the Buyer by the Company. 
12th Avenue uses PayFast Payment Gateway/ SSL Certificates to encrypt information passed to and from the website during registration and checkout. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
Any typographical, clerical or other accidental errors on the website or information issued by the Seller shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of the Seller. If we discover an error in the price of Goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. Due to the colour settings of your computer/mobile device, the colours of the products shown in the photos can differ from their actual colours. 12th Avenue cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.
If you send us design ideas, suggestions, or other materials, whether online or by email you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish or distribute any medium that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation to pay compensation for any medium forwarded to us. The liability of the Seller to the Buyer for breaking any of these Conditions is limited to refunding any money already paid by the Buyer for Goods that have not been received or that have been returned within the agreed time scales and in the required condition. 
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 
12th Avenue accepts payments from credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) as well as instant eft payments from most major banks in South Africa. Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount of your order. Refunds from returns will be paid to the bank account which the original order was paid from. 
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it. Your order should be delivered to your door within 1-3 working days. (Shipping times may increase during holidays and other peak seasons).
The Delivery Date is only an approximate and the time for delivery shall not be of the essence unless previously agreed by the Seller. An order tracking code will be sent to you via e-mail which can be used on www.thecourierguy.co.za to track your order.
Please note that the order tracking code will only be affective once your order has been collected from us by the courier company. 
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent co-operation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (12th avenue) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs that the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
12th Avenue is unable to ship to P.O Boxes.
12th Avenue is unable to combine separate orders into a single shipment.
12th Avenue is unable to change any shipping addresses. 
If you’d like to request for an exchange or refund, please submit a request via email to returns@12thavenue.co.za within 2 days of receiving the item(s).
The returned item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the items (dust bags, covers etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.
The item(s) must be unharmed, unwashed, not worn or altered.
The packaging must not be used as the external parcel for the shipment.
If the item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Size or color exchanges will only be issued if requested sizes and colors are in stock.
In case customer requests the refund of the item(s) returned, the refund will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse and only after the quality check on the item(s).
Orders paid by credit card will be refunded to the original card used during checkout. All sales are final on all sale items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
